Refund Policy

Due to the rigid logistics, advanced planning requirements, and high demand for stays during the Ardh Kumbh Mela 2027, all bookings made on this platform are strictly non-refundable. Please read these terms carefully before finalizing your reservation.

1. Non-Refundable Bookings

Once a payment is successfully processed and a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled for a monetary refund. All transactions are final.

2. Date Alterations & Booking Changes

While bookings are non-refundable, we understand that travel plans can change. You may request to modify your booking dates, subject to availability.

• Requests for date changes must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your originally scheduled arrival date.
• Any request received less than 30 days before arrival cannot be accommodated, and the booking will remain fixed to the original dates.
• All date alterations are subject to accommodation availability during the requested dates.
