These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services related to the Ardh Kumbh 2027 concierge packages provided by MATV News. By registering, booking, or remitting payment, you legally agree to adhere to the following stipulations.
The Ardh Kumbh Mela is a profoundly sacred religious event. Guests are strictly required to adhere to local laws and customs. This includes wearing modest clothing (covering shoulders and knees) and maintaining respectful behavior. The consumption or possession of alcohol, non-vegetarian food, and illicit substances is strictly prohibited across the entire Kumbh Mela zone. Violation of these terms may result in immediate eviction from our accommodations without a refund.
While our packages provide premium security and sanitized camps, attending a gathering of millions inherently carries risks. Guests must declare any pre-existing medical conditions. MATV News and its ground partners cannot be held liable for any illness, injury, or loss of personal property occurring during the trip. Guests are responsible for securing their own health and travel insurance prior to arrival.
The authorities in Haridwar frequently modify traffic routes, VIP access gates, and crowd control measures dynamically based on the volume of devotees. While we guarantee secure accommodations and dedicated guides, specific day-to-day itineraries and exact VIP viewing deck locations are subject to sudden change by local law enforcement. We reserve the right to alter itineraries to ensure guest safety.
Personal photography is welcomed; however, guests must exercise extreme respect. Photographing meditating ascetics, Naga Sadhus, or specific rituals without explicit prior consent is offensive and occasionally illegal. Commercial broadcast or monetization of footage captured during our guided tours is prohibited without prior written consent from MATV News.
Any disputes arising out of the booking or execution of these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
